Partial Payment Policy

Effective Date: 1st June 2025

Partial payment is available on selected Special Order and Incoming Wheels. A 40% deposit is required to secure your item, with the remaining balance due once the product arrives at our warehouse.

Estimated arrival times are displayed on each product page. Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including supplier lead times, international freight schedules, and customs processing.

All deposits and full payments for Special Order or Incoming Wheels are strictly non-refundable. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

When your item arrives at our warehouse, you will be notified via email or message and an invoice will be issued for the outstanding balance.

Final payment must be completed within two weeks of notification, unless prior arrangements have been made. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in storage fees. Once full payment is received, we will proceed with order fulfilment.

Orders cannot be cancelled due to manufacturing or shipping delays unless the delay exceeds six months. If cancellation is requested before this period, all payments made, including the deposit, will be forfeited.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. This policy ensures commitment to Special Orders and secures your reserved allocation.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the effective date.
