At KA Autosport, we offer a diverse selection of products with prices manually set. Due to ongoing fluctuations in international currency exchange rates, supplier costs, shipping charges, and import duties, prices shown on our website may change without prior notice.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by price discrepancies. Please understand that our site does not update prices automatically in real time. Nevertheless, any order you place online is protected: if we cannot fulfil your order at the displayed price, we will provide a full refund.

To prevent fraudulent transactions, KA Autosport only ships orders to the billing address registered with your credit card. Some banks allow customers to add alternate shipping addresses to their account. Should you have any special delivery request, please email us at ka.autosport@gmail.com.

Back-ordered products shipped from Japan may have applicable taxes and duties covered by KA Autosport. For any international order, products dispatched from Australia might incur taxes and duties depending on your country's import regulations. Since these charges vary widely by destination and we cannot provide exact figures, it is your responsibility to verify your country’s customs policies. Contact us if you have any questions.

We carefully package and inspect most items before dispatch.

Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect your package—even if the box looks intact—before signing for it. If you notice any damage, document it with photos, report it to the carrier immediately, and if possible, refuse the delivery.

Once you accept the package as undamaged by signing, we cannot assist with any claims related to shipping damage.

Damage claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery. After this window, KA Autosport cannot process refunds, replacements, or claims.

All shipments are insured up to their declared value; however, KA Autosport cannot be held liable for claim outcomes but will assist you as best we can.

Special order and custom colourd wheels are not eligible for return or refund. Standard products may be returned within 3 days of delivery only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Once an item has been test-fitted, installed, or used, it is no longer returnable. A 30% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

All wheel orders require a 20% deposit (minimum $1500AUD). Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations are only accepted if manufacturer delays six months longer than our quoted ETA.

Partial payments are accepted on select special order items and incoming wheels. The balance is due when the product arrives at our warehouse. You will receive notification and an invoice when your order is ready for final payment.

Final payment is due within two weeks of notification unless specified otherwise. Late payments may incur storage fees. If full payment is not made within two weeks, the order will be cancelled and all payments forfeited. Orders cannot be cancelled due to manufacturer or shipping delays unless the delay exceeds six months.
