Domestic Shipping Options and Delivery Times
KA AUTOSPORT offer shipping across Australia, covering all major regions and territories. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
VIC, NSW, SA - items are expected to arrive in 2-3 business days once dispatched.
QLD, ACT, TAS - items are expected to arrive in 3-5 business days once dispatched.
WA, NT - items are expected to arrive in 5-10 business days once dispatched.
International Shipping
KA AUTOSPORT offer international shipping via DHL Express to ensure a reliable and quick delivery time. Delivery timelines typically range between 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times. Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. KA AUTOSPORT ships world-wide. If you are unable to check out with your country address, please contact us to rectify the issue.
Address Changes
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Returned Shipments
Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts may be subject to a restocking fee or additional shipping charges. Please ensure your details are correct before confirming your purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
KA AUTOSPORT are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the customer. If this occurs, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or building management first. If your order cannot be located, please contact us so we can assist with a resolution.
Shipping Damage – Direct Shipments
We inspect and securely package all items shipped from our warehouse to minimize the risk of transit damage. However, some items ship in original manufacturer packaging without repacking.
Please inspect your order upon arrival—even if the packaging looks intact. If you notice any damage, document it with photos and, if possible, refuse the delivery. Once a package is signed for as undamaged, we may not be able to process damage claims.
All damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping Damage – Third-Party Fulfillment
For items shipped directly from a third-party manufacturer or distributor, we cannot guarantee the condition of the packaging or shipping process. However, we will assist you in coordinating with the third party to resolve any issues. Claims for damage must also be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.
Delayed Orders
While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather disruptions, or high-volume periods. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team. We’ll investigate the matter and provide updates and solutions where applicable.
