For standard items, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is in brand-new condition and returned in its original packaging. Items that have been test-fitted, installed, or used cannot be returned.
Orders for incoming stock items (not classified as Special Order or Made-to-Order) can be canceled within 5 days of the order date. A 15% restocking fee will apply. After 5 days, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Wheels ordered with a deposit are final sale. Deposits are non-refundable once your order has been placed with the manufacturer, as full payment is required upfront. Cancellations due to manufacturer delays are only permitted if the delay exceeds Five months.

Additional fees may apply if items or packaging are not in brand-new, resellable condition. In such cases, returns may be rejected and the item sent back at the customer’s expense.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless we, KA Autosport PTY LTD has sent incorrect item.
All returns must be in original packaging unless otherwise agreed. Damaged or unsellable packaging may incur a 15% repackaging fee.
